All INFIORE project partners are be strongly active in all the project phases.
In particular, the Municipality of Cervia has been in charge of coordinating and managing most of the actions of the project in virtue of their experience and their role in the Adriatic tourism scenario.
Minor commitments have been attributed to the Municipality of Brindisi and the Municipality of Pula, who can boast a good and long experience in the tourism domain.
The choice of the partners has been made in the first place thanks to the institutional relationship that the Province of Ravenna territory (the one which Cervia “belongs to”) and some of the East Adriatic Partners have built in the previous years. With some of the partners there are frequent and constant contacts, a partnership that has yielded good results in other projects.
Other partners have asked to be part of the project during some of the transnational events and conferences that the Province of Ravenna organizes frequently. This proves how important these initiatives are for strengthen existing partnerships and helping create new ones.
