The stylised steel tree, which represents Leonardo’s Tree and is also the Degree Course logo, reigns majestically in the centre of this lovely, refined stylistic composition. Beneath, the university motto In supremae dignitatis, from the title of the papal bull with which Pope Clement VI officially established the university in 1343, and the acronym GeVUP which refers to the Degree Course, stand out against a light background of pale pink gravel.
Lastly, the white concentric circles on a green background, created with white petunias and bordered with Pittosporum tobira nanum, recall the logo of the Faculty of Agriculture and symbolise the spreading of knowledge.
