2007 was declared “Equal Opportunities Year” and this Emilia town decided to dedicate part of its flowerbed to the event. They brought in a team of variously qualified professionals to create a stylised iron structure representing the symbol of the association Camina (Cities Friendly to Childhood and Adolescence) to which the town belongs.
To complete the layout, the town symbols Slow – the famous snail – and the reproduction in iron of a sculpture by a local artist depicting various stylised town monuments, are linked together by coloured compositions of annual blooms.
